Pricing questions
One analysis corresponds to one loan application — one applicant's bank data run through Creditfern's cash flow analysis engine. If you request re-analysis on the same application (e.g. after the applicant provides additional months of statements), that counts as a second analysis. Analyses are counted when results are returned, not when submitted.
Yes. Pilot participants receive standard LOS field mapping before the first analysis. For nCino, Abrigo, and Finastra, mapping is pre-configured and requires only API key setup. For other LOS platforms, we review your configuration and provide custom field mapping before the pilot begins.
No setup fee for Community and Regional tiers. Institution tier may include an implementation fee for custom integration work beyond standard LOS mapping — this is discussed and agreed before the contract. Pilot analysis is at no cost regardless of tier.
The per-analysis rate decreases as volume grows — from $8/analysis at Community tier to $6/analysis at Regional. Institution tier rates are negotiated based on committed monthly volume. If your lending program grows and you consistently exceed your tier's monthly cap, we proactively discuss a tier move. There are no automatic overage charges — volume over cap is billed at the same per-analysis rate until you formally upgrade.
